About your role and responsibilities:
We are searching now for a Business Development Manager, with Growth skills to create, and implement strategies to drive business growth and expand our client base. You will also be involved in identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and negotiating contracts. This is a contract role, designed in a hybrid approach, based in Bucharest, Romania, with flexibility for some remote work.
As a Business Development Manager you need to have:
- Proven experience in business development and sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Knowledge of compliance and risk management
- Experience in the finance or legal industry
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
