About your role and responsibilities:

We are searching now for a Content Marketer, with Growth Marketing skills to create, manage, and distribute various types of content across our website, app, social media channels, press releases, blog, and presentations.

As a Content Marketer at Guardo.biz you will…

– Start with:

  • Actively shape content strategies for our new startup. Develop and implement a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with our startup’s tone and voice;
  • Create engaging and high-quality content for various channels, including website pages, blog posts, email newsletters, social media, and business presentations;
  • Manage the editorial calendar to ensure timely publication of content;
  • Be an active member of the startup and collaborate with other members / departments to ensure consistency of messaging and branding;
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of content marketing efforts and adjust strategies as needed;
  • Monitor industry trends and incorporate them into our content marketing efforts;
  • Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and track keyword rankings;
  • Manage external content contributors (freelancers, agencies) when necessary;
  • Ensure that all content meets our brand standards, including accuracy, grammar, and style;

– With the growth magic skills, you will…

  • Design content strategies for various business models, in each stage: from ideation, first audience interactions to demand testing, channel evaluation and go live with disruptive MVPs in highly engaging markets;
  • Understand users, start prototyping, test, see results, test, fail, test again, chose the winners, implement;
  • Plan and execute excellent validation and optimisation experiments in early venture phases, and drive meaningful measures with high autonomy;
  • Define and implement growth strategies for your ventures using a variety of Sales and Marketing tactics in later venture stages;
  • Scale successful ventures with convincing traction into broader target audiences and new markets with outstanding success
  • Build all relevant digital touchpoints as well as high end Sales and Marketing material;
  • Drill into data and translate it to actionable insights, continuously looking for new growth opportunities for your venture;
  • Define, validate and monitor the most meaningful KPIs of your venture as well as your acquisition and retention programs;
  • Be the key player in developing a Growth team

About you:

  • Proven experience as a content marketing specialist or similar role;
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field;
  • Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail;
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with keyword research tools;
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as HubSpot or WordPress, and with social media platforms and their respective best practices;
  • Exceptional work ethic, flexibility, and strong communication skills. Strong drive for personal and professional growth.

Bonus points if you have:

  • A portfolio of previous content marketing work, idealy with compliance products;
  • Secondary education or professional experience relevant to the job;
  • Working experience in a fast paced and ever changing environment with high degrees of uncertainty;
  • Strong preference for automation and for leveraging AI tools.
